3D models can be exported in .pdf format, so that they can be manipulated in applications such as Bluebeam’s Revu and Adobe’s Acrobat Reader. Depending on the Vectorworks export settings and the capabilities of the reader being used, you can complete a variety of operations in the .pdf, such as display saved views, reposition the object (rotate, pan, zoom, walkthrough, etc.), save new views, play animations, select certain drawing objects, measure objects, change render modes and lighting, and add comments. See your PDF reader’s help system for details about how to manipulate the model.
